Job summary

Aon in Kraków invites applications for an FP&A internship to learn how we support the Finance team in planning and delivering financial services.

The role requires student status and the ability to commit to 30 hours per week for 12 months. No prior experience is needed as training will be provided. Strong English (B2) and active pursuit of a Master’s in Finance and Accounting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Student status required.
• Availability to work 30 hours per week for 12 months.
• Excellent English – CEFR level B2 for daily use.
• Attention to detail and data handling in a fast-paced environment.
• Pursuing a master's degree in Finance and Accounting (or related field) with 3–4 years of coursework.
• No prior work experience required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end activities and distribution of management information.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Create technical solutions to enhance work quality and efficiency.
• Exposure to multiple FP&A functions within Finance Centre.
• Support data entry as requested by the Team manager or senior members.
• Participate in educational opportunities offered by Aon.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks as determined by FP&A colleagues.

What The Day Will Look Like

• Close support in various month end activities,
• Production and distribution of management information,
• Assisting during budgeting & forecasting cycles,
• Creation of technical solutions enabling Team to enhance work quality and efficiency,
• Exposure to multiple Functions within Finance Centre
• Support with any data entry as requested by Team manager or senior members of the Team
• Participate in educational opportunities offered by Aon
• Other ad hoc tasks as determined by the FP&A Colleagues.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

• Student's status required
• availability to work 30 hours per week for a period of 12 months
• good English – you need to be at least B2 (on the CEFR scale) because you'll be using English every day
• attention to detail - you need to be able to keep track of lots of data and enjoy working at a fast pace
• in the process of completing a master's degree – ideally in Finance and accounting, (or a related subject) with 3-4 years of classroom experience
• no previous experience is required because we will train you how to perform your responsibilities to a high standard
