Zusammenfassung

Citi Solutions Center Poland is hiring for an Operations role focusing on wealth investment processing. You will manage capital markets transactions, settle trades, and resolve exceptions across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and other instruments.

You will partner with desks and support teams to maintain accuracy and control, contribute to process improvements, and participate in system changes while upholding Citi's standards and policies.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in capital markets operations.
• In-depth knowledge of capital market products (equities, derivatives, fixed income, FX).
• Understanding of trade lifecycle processes: capture, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.

• Process and manage capital markets transactions with timely, accurate, and compliant execution and settlement.
• Partner with trading desks, branch offices, and operations to resolve trade exceptions and ensure smooth processing.
• Serve as a key contact for securities and derivatives settlement, investigations, and exception management.
• Support instruments across equities, fixed income, structured products, options, and physical securities.
• Identify and resolve operational issues affecting settlement, client experience, or risk.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement and control enhancements.
• Participate in system implementations, process changes, and testing to support growth and scalability.
• Provide SME guidance, training, and support on complex operational matters in Wealth Investment Operations.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience


• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


• In-depth knowledge of various capital market products (Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX, etc.) and their operational lifecycles


• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
