Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Automation Test Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. You will drive quality through automation-first strategies and collaborate with IT and business units in a complex environment.

The role requires hands-on testing across unit to regression, strong Python/Tosca skills, and proficiency in SQL. English communication at B2/C1 level is essential, with a hybrid work setup in Poland.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software testing, including test automation.
• Strong knowledge of Python and Tosca.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Very good command of English (min. B2/C1).

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve test strategies in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Execute end-to-end testing (unit, integration, acceptance, regression).
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Analyze test data and perform root cause/failure analysis.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across IT and business.
• Identify opportunities for quality improvements and process optimization.
