Job summary

Atos poszukuje doświadczonego Automation Test Specialist w Krakowie, pasjonującego się jakością i proaktywnego, z nastawieniem na automatyzację. Będziesz kluczową osobą w zapewnianiu wysokiej jakości dostarczanych rozwiązań w złożonym środowisku IT i biznesu.

Zakres obowiązków obejmuje tworzenie strategii testów, prowadzenie end-to-end testów oraz rozwijanie frameworków automatyzacji. Wymagana jest praktyczna znajomość Pythona i Tosca oraz doświadczenie w Agile/Scrum i analizie danych.

Qualifications

• Udokumentowane doświadczenie w testowaniu oprogramowania, w tym testowaniu automatycznym.
• Dobra znajomość Pythona i Tosca.
• Doświadczenie w pracy w środowiskach Agile/Scrum.
• Znajomość SQL i analiz danych.
• Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (minimum B2/C1).

Responsibilities

• Definiowanie i doskonalenie strategii testów w środowiskach Agile/DevOps.
• Wykonywanie testów end-to-end (jednostkowe, integracyjne, akceptacyjne, regresyjne).
• Projektowanie, rozwijanie i utrzymanie zautomatyzowanych frameworków testowych i skryptów.
• Analizowanie danych testowych i przeprowadzanie analizy przyczyn awarii.
• Ścisła współpraca z zespołami IT i biznesu.
• Identyfikowanie możliwości doskonalenia jakości i optymalizacji procesów.

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Automation Test Specialist who is passionate about quality and driven by a proactive, automation-first mindset. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality delivery within a complex IT and business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve test strategies in Agile/DevOps environments
• Execute end-to-end testing (unit, integration, acceptance, regression)
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
• Analyze test data and perform root cause/failure analysis
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across IT and business
• Identify opportunities for quality improvements and process optimization

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software testing, including test automation
• Strong knowledge of Python and Tosca
• Experience with SQL and data analysis
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Very good command of English (min. B2/C1)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to quality
• Ability to collaborate effectively in complex IT-business landscapes

Nice to have

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience in SAP testing
• Experience in end-to-end / integration testing environments
• Knowledge of compliance processes or financial industry context
