We are looking for an experienced and analytical Automation Test Specialist who is passionate about quality and driven by a proactive, automation‑first mindset. You will play a key role in ensuring high‑quality delivery within a complex IT and business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve test strategies in Agile/DevOps environments
• Execute end‑to‑end testing (unit, integration, acceptance, regression)
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
• Analyze test data and perform root cause/failure analysis
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams across IT and business
• Identify opportunities for quality improvements and process optimisation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software testing, including test automation
• Strong knowledge of Python and test automation tools (e.g., Tosca)
• Experience with SQL and data analysis
• Hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Very good command of English (min. B2/C1)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to quality
• Ability to collaborate effectively in complex IT‑business landscapes

Nice to Have

• Experience with Test‑Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience in SAP testing
• Experience in end‑to‑end / integration testing environments
• Knowledge of compliance processes or financial industry context
