Altman Solon in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a talented consultant to join our small, dynamic teams on TMT projects, delivering strategic advice for corporate and investor clients over several weeks.

You will own workstreams, develop analytical models, and present clear insights while nurturing client relationships and mentoring junior staff, as part of a flexible, hybrid work environment that supports professional growth.

Qualifications

• University degree with MSc or MBA.
• 1+ years of management consulting experience with exposure to TMT projects.
• Potentially 2+ years of experience from another related field.
• Passion for Telecommunication, Media, and Technology.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
• Critical thinking and entrepreneurial mindset with team collaboration.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in Polish and English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Project delivery: own a key project workstream within TMT engagements.
• Analytical Expertise: manage market modelling and business plan assessments.
• Insight Development & Communication: turn findings into clear insights and client presentations.
• Client Relationship Management: foster strong relationships with client teams.
• Team Development: mentor and support junior team members.
• Firm Building: engage in trainings and internal initiatives.
