Altman Solon is seeking motivated candidates to join our team as Master’s-level researchers and aspiring consultants in a fast-growing TMT-focused environment. You will participate in strategic planning, market research, and client engagements across European markets, gaining hands-on experience with senior mentors.

We value collaboration, independent work, and a strong interest in technology, media, or telecom sectors.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Technology, or related advanced degree.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep interest in the Technology, Media, or Telecommunication industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluency in English and Polish; additional European language is a plus.

• Strategic Planning and Analysis: Participate in the development and implementation of business strategies.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to inform decision-making processes.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with senior team members and participate in client meetings, gaining invaluable experience and insights.
• Drive Innovation: Work on groundbreaking projects and tackle complex challenges to achieve success for clients in a dynamic sector.
• Team Collaboration: Become a fully integrated member of our consultant team, working on projects across European markets in the TMT sector.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Academic Background: Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Technology, or another related advanced degree.
• Collaboration & Independence: Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Industry Passion: Deep interest in the Technology, Media, or Telecommunication industry
• Microsoft Office Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Language Skills: Fluency in English & Polish; and any other European language would be a great addition
