Job summary

TikTok Shop is seeking a commercially minded professional to drive acquisition and growth by identifying high-potential merchants and building strategic partnerships with third parties. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams to streamline merchant launches and optimize performance.

You will monitor merchant and merchandise KPIs, iterating strategies to achieve sustainable growth in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop acquisition and growth strategies, aligning with business objectives. Define clear goals and priorities, and pinpoint high-potential opportunities and scalable approaches.
• Identify and source high quality merchants that fit the TikTok Shop platform. Design and implement partnership frameworks with diverse third parties, including commerce platforms, industry associations, and marketing solution providers .
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline new merchant launch processes and remove operational barriers.
• Continuously monitor and analyze merchant and merchandise acquisition performance, optimizing strategies to maximize efficiency and drive sustainable growth.

【For Pay Transparency】 Poland Minimum Compensation Description (Monthly)

The initial base pay for this position is PLN 8667 per month.

Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
