EY GDS Poland is seeking an experienced Threat Management and Offensive Security Team Coordinator to join a multinational security team in Katowice. You will lead a small team, perform hands-on testing, and drive delivery of Attack & Penetration Testing and security assessment projects.

The role emphasizes practical security expertise, strong communication with clients, and mentoring junior staff while aligning with EY's standards and governance. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Dev/ITSec penetration testing experience.
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate client projects.
• Strong understanding of security issues at a technical level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small security team delivering Attack & Penetration Testing projects.
• Contribute hands-on testing, analysis, and reporting for cybersecurity engagements.
• Engage with clients, translate findings into actionable remediation steps, and maintain high quality documentation.
