EY GDS Poland is seeking an Offensive Security Team Manager to lead a skilled team in delivering pentest projects and related security assessments. The role involves hands-on testing, strong reporting, and mentoring a team of security professionals in a multinational environment.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in Dev/ITSec, relevant certifications, and strong English communication skills, with European language knowledge considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Dev/ ITSec conducting penetration tests projects.
• Knowledge of security issues at the technical level.
• Knowledge of solutions and recommendations to prevent or mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of the application security verification standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team delivering pentest projects.
• Hands-on testing, analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare technical security reports and remediation guidance.
