Location: Wrocław – 2 days in office / 3 days remote

Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Cross‑Industry Execution Specialist. The role supports strategy execution across EY’s six Global Industries, working with Sectors, Regions, and Service Lines to drive high‑growth sector ventures and align the service delivery model with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Cross‑Industry Strategy & Execution Lead in driving execution of integrated cross‑Sector strategies.
• Shape and drive a global view of the optimal long‑term client portfolio mix, guiding financial modelling to assess impact on EY’s growth.
• Work closely with Industry Operations and Technology & Enablement to ensure consistent, high‑quality client‑centric service, identify latest firm technologies and lead innovation with emphasis on AI.
• Collaborate with Cross‑Industry team members to deliver high‑value services that support integrated Industry strategies and govern Industry‑owned processes.
