Job summary

ALGOTEQUE is seeking a Senior QA / Test Automation Engineer to join a long-term banking project in Łódź. The role is hybrid, with office presence twice a month and the remainder remote or in-office as you prefer.

You’ll run automated and manual tests, define test scenarios, prepare reports, and manage automated scripts. Strong CI/CD, JS/CSS/HTML knowledge, and QA leadership are required for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA or test automation experience.
• Basic knowledge of C# or F#.
• Strong CI/CD understanding.
• Proficient in JS, CSS and HTML.
• Experience writing and maintaining test cases and scripts.
• Experience leading a QA team.
• English sufficient to read technical docs.
• Polish native or at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Run automated and manual tests (web, mobile, backend).
• Define test scenarios for new and existing features.
• Prepare test reports.
• Create, maintain and manage automated test scripts.
• Prepare test data and mocks.
• Share knowledge with manual testers.

Senior QA / Test Automation Engineer | Banking Project

Location: Łódź, hybrid (office twice a month)

We're looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join a long-term project for our client in the banking sector.

Responsibilities

• running automated and manual tests (web, mobile, backend)
• defining test scenarios for new and existing features
• preparing test reports
• creating, maintaining and managing automated test scripts
• preparing test data and mocks
• sharing knowledge with manual testers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• basic knowledge of C# or F#
• very good knowledge of CI/CD processes
• knowledge of JS, CSS and HTML
• experience managing test cases and test scripts
• experience managing a QA team
• English good enough to read technical documentation
• Polish Native or B2 level
• JDG
