• Ensure quality standards and compliance with project timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to testing and quality assurance.
• Prepare detailed test reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• You have a university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or similar field.
• Extensive experience in test management for Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in agile and waterfall environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
• Open to working in a hybrid mode, with 1 day per month at our office in Katowice.
• Certification in ISTQB or similar is a plus.
