Vector Synergy seeks an experienced QA/Test Engineer to lead testing strategies for SharePoint-based solutions. You will design and execute tests across front-end and back-end components, ensuring robust validation of complex systems.

Strong documentation and communication skills are essential, with focus on accurate defect tracking and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role requires 5+ years of IT testing experience, at least 4 years of project experience, and ISTQB Advanced or

Qualifications

• Minimum IT relevant professional experience: 5 years.
• Minimum project experience relevant to profile or similar position: 4 years.
• At least 1 certification among ISTQB Advanced or equivalent, or 3 years test management experience.

Responsabilités

• Develops test strategy and plans testing activities.
• Creates test plan, test cases, and testing environments.
• Executes, debugs, and validates test cases and scripts.
• Documents tests and tracks defects; reports progress and issues.
• Monitors test results and analyzes quality and status.
• Collaborates with analysts, architects, software development and service desk teams.

• ISTQB Advanced

Knowledge and skills

• Expert in testing including unit testing , integration testing , functional testing , performance and stress testing , acceptance testing and regression testing


• Expert in designing test environments


• Hands on experience in testing complex systems up to the amount of years per profile requested at the \"minimum experience at similar position \"


• Experience in setting up test management tool for new project


• Experience in providing test documentation


• Experience in leading testing in complex project


• Practical knowledge of testing tools


• Analytical mind , attention to detail and an ability to pick things up quickly


• Presents excellent communication and documentation skills


• Knowledge of processes in Software Development Lifecycle .
