Job summary

Lingaro is seeking an experienced BI leader to design and deliver advanced dashboards and data models in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

You will work with Power BI, Looker, and Google BigQuery, mentoring peers and aligning technical solutions with Lingaro's business needs across the Poland-based team.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, Looker, and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery).
• Experience in ETL processes, data integration, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of data warehousing principles, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Familiarity with other BI tools and advanced analytics is a plus.
• Experience with data governance and compliance standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve technical designs, ensuring compliance with quality standards (code quality, security, performance).

• Work closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts to align technical solutions with business requirements.
• Communicate technical aspects clearly to stakeholders and customers.
• Stay updated on BI trends and emerging technologies.
• Share knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and documentation.
