Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to lead comprehensive automated, functional and performance testing for banking solutions, focusing on client communication and document management systems.

You will design test plans, create and maintain test data, report bugs, and collaborate with project teams, developers and business stakeholders to ensure software quality and compliance with requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience creating automated tests.
• Strong knowledge of Playwright and Selenium.
• Experience with SoapUI and functional testing.
• Ability to create test result reports and update test documentation.
• Experience in analyzing docs, preparing test plans and cases; familiarity with Jira/Confluence.
• Proficient in SQL database queries.
• Knowledge of TDD/BDD methodologies.
• Fluent Polish and English at least B2 level.

Job description

Join the team developing key banking systems, where you will be responsible for the comprehensive execution of tests for solutions supporting communication with clients and document management across the organization. Working in a team, you will test IT solutions, conduct functional, automated, and performance tests according to documentation, and collaborate with other departments.

Your tasks

• Execution of functional, automated, and performance tests according to business requirements and test scenarios
• Identification, analysis, and reporting of bugs, as well as monitoring the process of their resolution
• Collaboration with project teams, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure software quality
• Verification of compliance of delivered solutions with technical and business requirements
• Preparation and maintenance of documentation and test data necessary for conducting tests
• Implementation and development of tools, processes, and best practices in the testing area
• Management and maintenance of test environments, user accounts, and utilized test resources

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in creating automated tests and strong knowledge of Playwright/Selenium
• Practical knowledge of SoapUI and understanding of functional testing
• Ability to create test result reports and update test documentation
• Experience in analyzing documentation, preparing test plans and test cases, and familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Previous work in creating SQL database queries
• Knowledge of TDD/BDD methodologies
• Fluent knowledge of Polish
• Knowledge of English at least at B2 level
