Sii Poland is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to support a banking project that enhances credit processing for business clients. You will contribute to microservices development and modernization, using REST APIs and test automation tools.

Join a collaborative team; responsibilities include automated and manual testing of microservices, designing test cases, analyzing defects, and advancing the automation framework. Location in Poland; Polish fluent required; 5+ years experience with Java.

Job description

Join a banking project as a Test Automation Engineer and support the development of modern systems that assist credit processes for business clients. You will work on the development and modernization of applications in a microservices architecture, using REST API and tools supporting test automation.

Your tasks

• Performing automated and manual tests for microservices
• Creating and documenting test cases and test scenarios
• Analyzing application errors and reporting defects
• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests
• Enhancing the test automation system
• Collaborating with developers, analysts, and testers in solution design

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer using Java
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and Selenide
• Practical knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with testing frameworks: JUnit, JBehave
• Experience with REST API, JSON, and Swagger
• Ability to design automated testing strategies
• Analytical thinking, independence, and accuracy
• Required to be located in Poland and fluent in Polish
