Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join a long-term banking project for a leading external client. You will become part of an agile team responsible for ensuring the high performance and stability of business-critical systems.

Your tasks include designing and implementing automated performance test scripts, maintaining test frameworks, and supporting CI processes. The role requires 4+ years in test automation, full-stack testing (GUI, API, databases), ISTQB knowledge, and strong

Qualifications

• 4+ years of test automation experience
• Experience with full-stack test automation (GUI/mobile, API/web services, databases)
• Experience across environments and test levels
• Knowledge of TDD/BDD/Page Object Model and related best practices
• ISTQB foundation level knowledge or plan to certify within 3 months
• Proficiency in Polish and English for an international environment

Your tasks

• Designing and implementing automated performance test scripts
• Executing non-functional tests and analyzing test results
• Identifying, reporting, verifying, and debugging defects
• Reviewing requirements and technical designs from a testing perspective
• Maintaining, improving, and extending test automation frameworks
• Managing and preparing test data with an understanding of data dependencies
• Recommending actions based on test outcomes and quality metrics
• Collaborating with the agile Scrum team to ensure delivery quality
• Supporting continuous integration processes for automated tests
• Participating in risk mitigation, impediment resolution, and test-related communication

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in test automation, specifically with .NET stacks
• Full-stack test automation experience (front-end - GUI, mobile), middleware (API/web services) and back-end (databases)
• Experience executing test automation across different environments and different test levels
• Methodology and industry best-practice test automation knowledge: TDD, BDD, Page Object Model, etc.
• ISTQB foundation-level knowledge (certified or planning for certification within 3 months of joining)
• GIT version control experienceFluent in written and spoken Polish and English (work in an international environment)
