Job summary

Williams Lea is seeking an Automation Test Analyst in Warsaw to join our technology team. The role involves designing and maintaining automated tests with Playwright, integrating tests into CI/CD, and collaborating with developers and product teams to improve quality.

We welcome 2–4 years of QA experience, hands-on Playwright, and strong API testing skills. This is a full-time hybrid position with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Experience writing automated tests using TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Good understanding of API testing.
• Knowledge of test design techniques and defect management.
• Experience working within Agile software delivery teams.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and automated testing pipelines.
• Desirable: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
• Desirable: performance testing tools such as k6 or JMeter.
• Desirable: accessibility testing and non-functional testing.
• Desirable: Page Object Model frameworks and reusable test architecture.
• Desirable: Using AI in your application.

Responsibilities

Automation Test Analyst. Salary: 150,000 PNL per annum, plus company benefits. Location: Warsaw. Contract: Full Time. Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30am until 5:30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break. Work model: Hybrid.
