Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Territory Manager for EndoMech & Energy in Poland (Podkarpacie - Rzeszów and surroundings). You will grow and develop surgery products and digital solutions, building relationships with surgeons, operating room teams, and hospital procurement to meet sales targets.

The role requires field-based leadership with clinical credibility, strong business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field-based medical device / surgical sales experience or pharmaceutical with ambition of development in surgery area in medical devices.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving market adoption in a healthcare environment
• Influencing and business partnering skills – understand stakeholder requirements and develop strategies that drives adoption of technologies and become a trusted advisor

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for the stapling and energy device portfolio across territory
• Develop and execute a robust territory plan, prioritizing high-potential accounts and partnerships with hospitals

Territory Manager: EndoMech & Energy Role

Location: POLAND, Podkarpacie -Rzeszów and surroundings

Purpose of the role: In that role you will be responsible for growing and development of surgery products & digital solutions with JnJ MedTech EndoMech & Energy portfolio to new and established hospital accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key surgeons, operating room teams, hospital procurement, and clinical and non-clinical departments. You’ll combine clinical excellence with strategic account management to deliver value, improve patient outcomes, and meet or exceed sales targets. This is a field-based leadership role that requires clinical credibility, business acumen, and a passion for cooperation with healthcare professionals. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

Responsibilities & Impact

• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for the stapling and energy device portfolio across territory


• Develop and execute a robust territory plan, prioritizing high-potential accounts, strategic partnerships with hospitals, and performance metrics.


• Focus on the highest value opportunities to grow and develop new business, including taking competitor share and the adoption of new launching technologies whilst maintaining key customers and core business.


• Leading and developing accounts and be responsible for the relationship between the company and the customer, ensuring efficient alignment of all efforts to improve impact of all activities driving growth.


• Developing key customer relationships and build advocacy for the J&J MedTech portfolio.


• Daily visits and meetings with customers on operating room and with non-clinical customers to provide sales & products promotion, presentations, differentiation.


• Initiate contacts with new customers as well make regular visits to gather information on orders and market conditions.


• Identifies customer needs, recommends new products and services to address solutions in dedicated accounts.


• Prepares sales reports and documents as required.


• Develops and recommends specific sales plans and new product launches introductions.


• Driving internal collaboration to maximize opportunities across Johnson & Johnson MedTech.


• Collaborates with other departments internally to ensure a timely resolution.


• Key to your success will be your effective stakeholder management in ensuring the right resources and support are available to effectively execute our strategies for surgery market.


• This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

Salary

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: zł120,000.00 - zł192,050.00
