Job summary

TechnipFMC plc in Kraków is seeking a Project Tender Engineer focused on Win-Work to evaluate and support tender submissions. You will own tender projects, coordinate studies or FEEDs, and collaborate with commercial, planning, quality, and manufacturing teams to deliver compliant proposals.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering degree with 3+ years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate in English across global teams.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Ability to apply engineering skills across the product life cycle.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read, interpret and prepare technical input to the designs.
• Ability to identify technological gaps and prepare solutions for design, development, and qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ownership and responsibility for a tender project, managing tasks and reporting progress to Tender Project Managers and Tender Engineering Managers.
• Ownership and responsibility for a Study or FEED, managing tasks and reporting progress to Project Managers and Engineering Managers.
• Planning, documenting and presenting design solutions at formal reviews internally and at customer meetings.
• Creation and review of technical documentation required for internal and external customers throughout the value stream.
• Engineering support required for internal and external customers across functions.
