Job summary

GoldenScript is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Patient Safety team for telehealth visits. You will screen patients for medication side effects, order appropriate lab testing, and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure safe regimens.

This is a high-volume, protocol-driven role with visits conducted via video and in-home aides. You will operate within a contract framework (1099) with potential to transition to W2 full-time.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey NP license with current national board certification.
• 2+ years of NP practice; primary care, geriatrics, home health or telehealth count.
• Strong knowledge of common drug classes and their side effects to evaluate screenings.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume telehealth visits with scheduled and unscheduled slots.
• Ask standardized screening questions and document conditions not in the chart.
• Obtain patient consent, order testing, and guide next steps; ensure sample collection when applicable.
• Document every visit in the EHR and escalate when clinical decisions are required.
