Job summary

Accenture in Poland is seeking a specialist at the intersection of IT, finance and strategy to drive IT Finance, TBM and FinOps transformations for large organizations. You will analyze cost transparency, build actionable roadmaps and design cost models to improve governance and decision-making.

You will facilitate stakeholder workshops, translate complex data into actionable insights, and help implement or optimize cost management tools such as Apptio, contributing to a strategic client-facing

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in IT Finance, TBM, FinOps or related areas.
• Understanding of IT cost structures, budgeting, forecasting and IT finance processes
• Experience working in consulting, transformation projects or cross-functional environments
• Ability to connect business, finance and technology perspectives
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Analytical thinking and ability to structure complex problems
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (storytelling + structured analysis)

Responsibilities

• Supporting IT Finance / TBM / FinOps transformations for large organizations
• Conducting assessments of IT cost transparency and IT financial management maturity, and defining actionable improvement roadmaps
• Designing and improving IT cost models, service costing and allocation mechanisms (showback / chargeback)
• Helping clients implement or optimize tools such as Apptio to enable better visibility and governance
• Facilitating workshops with stakeholders across IT and Finance to align on priorities, challenges and solutions
• Translating complex financial and technology data into clear insights and recommendations for decision-makers
• Supporting the development of governance, processes and ways of working in IT Finance / FinOps areas
• This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on shaping how organizations manage technology value.
