Job summary

Huawei is seeking a Technical Trainer for PV & Energy Storage Systems in Warsaw, Poland. You will prepare and deliver training for distributors and installers, and support Field Sales with technical onboarding.

The role requires PV/ESS expertise, strong presentation skills in Polish and English, and experience creating training materials. You will work with cross-functional teams to promote Huawei's PV/ESS solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-time PV/ESS industry experience in technical roles.
• Proven track record delivering product training sessions and materials.
• Good understanding of PV and ESS system design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct regular product training for distribution partners and installers.
• Present at industry exhibitions and technical exchanges to showcase Huawei's image.
• Onboarding, technical training and coaching for Field Sales Team.
• Collaborate daily with Sales Team and participate in project meetings.
• Understand Huawei's PV/ESS solutions and analyze customer requirements during training.

Technical Trainer – PV & Energy Storage Systems (ESS)

Job Location:

Warsaw, Poland

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct regular product training for distribution partners and installers - close cooperation with Product Marketing and R&D teams.

• Conduct presentations during industry exhibitions and technical exchanges, grasp the industry development trend and demonstrate Huawei's professional image.

• Functional onboarding, technical training and “on-the-job” coaching for Field Sales Team.

• Daily cooperate with Sales Team, participate in project meetings.

• Fully understand Huawei's commercial&industrial and residential technical solutions, customer pain points, collect and analyze customer requirements during training and communication with partners and customers.

• Prepare and update training materials and promotion communication.

• Constantly improve own product training skills.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of full-time experience in the PV and/or Energy Storage (ESS) industry as a Solution Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, or in a related technical role.

• Proven track record of delivering successful product training sessions, workshops, and presentations, as well as preparing training materials for professional audiences.

• Good understanding of PV and ESS system design.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Polish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences. Able to explain Huawei Smart PV & ESS solutions, their technical advantages, as well as business value, including LCOS reduction and ROI benefits.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in an international and multicultural environment.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Academic knowledge of PV/ESS technologies or initial engineering experience (including internships) would be an advantage.
