Job summary

airSlate is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Poland to monitor infrastructure, diagnose issues, and respond to alerts, collaborating with the on‑call DevOps team.

You will expand your skills in Linux, AWS, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Prometheus and Grafana while supporting our global customers. Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required; on‑duty shifts apply.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in Technical Support.
  • Knowledge of Linux, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring and version control systems.
  • Willing to learn Linux, AWS, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Prometheus + Grafana.
  • Readiness to work with on-duty shifts.
  • B2+ English.
  • Fluent in Ukrainian.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and perform initial diagnosis of infrastructure problems.
  • Respond to alerts and coordinate with the duty DevOps for the team.
  • Create and improve monitoring rules; perform basic DevOps tasks.
  • Document processes and changes.

What you'll be working on:
  • Technical Support Engineers are responsible for monitoring and initial diagnosis of problems in the infrastructure.
  • They respond to alerts and work on them independently or with the duty DevOps for the responsible team. At other times, they are engaged in creating new and improving existing monitoring rules, performing basic DevOps tasks, and of course documenting all of this)
  • The team has on-duty shifts (1 week per month)
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience as a Technical Support
  • Knowledge of Linux, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring and version control systems
  • You want to acquire new knowledge and to learn Linux, AWS, Docker, Terraform, k8s, CI/CD, Prometheus + Grafana
  • Readiness to work with on-duty shifts
  • B2+ English
  • Fluent in the Ukrainian language
