Job summary

Kingspan LOGSTOR is seeking a technically strong specialist to support Sales Managers and customers in finding the right solution for each project. You will be involved from initial technical discussions through solution development to preparing the project for implementation.

You will receive comprehensive onboarding and product training. A solid foundation in piping systems, hydraulics, or thermal calculations is required, with a willingness to develop further in technical and commercial

Qualifications

• A university degree in mechanical, energy, or process engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of piping system design and insulation of industrial pipelines.
• Knowledge of piping calculations, hydraulics, and pressure losses.
• Ability to read and work with technical documentation.
• Good command of English for international communication.
• Familiarity with CAD software and MS 365 tools.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Willingness to travel at least 30 days per year.
• Knowledge of German or Scandinavian languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers from early project stages through technical solutions and quotations.
• Participate in technical meetings with customers, consultants, and EPC contractors.
• Prepare engineering calculations for piping systems including thermal and hydraulic analyses.
• Develop and verify technical designs, specifications, and drawings.
• Select materials and configurations per project requirements.
• Develop technical solution concepts for industrial cooling, oil and gas, steam, and high-temperature applications.
• Coordinate technical matters with Engineering, R&D, Sourcing, and Production.
• Provide technical support during project implementation and share knowledge for standardisation.
