Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL; design/optimize complex queries.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Experience in system integration, troubleshooting, and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Git and software development best practices.
• Experience with APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Technical Solution Engineer with strong expertise in SQL and proficiency in one of the programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript). The Technical Solution Engineer will work closely with internal teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that meet customer needs. This role involves troubleshooting, integrating systems, and ensuring seamless performance of applications and databases.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Design and implement technical solutions using SQL for data management and one of the programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to databases, applications, and system integrations.
• Optimize database performance by writing and tuning complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Develop custom scripts, tools, and applications to enhance system functionality and improve client workflows.
• Document system processes, configurations, and technical solutions for both internal and client use.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience in designing and optimizing complex queries.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Experience in system integration, troubleshooting, and technical solution implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and software development best practices.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations for enterprise applications.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management.
