Job summary

Planet is seeking an experienced Payments Engineer specializing in Acquiring and Scheme Compliance. You will guide technical direction, analyze scheme requirements, and coordinate with global teams to deliver robust solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar role and holds a degree in Business, IT or Finance (or equivalent). Planet offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office and a diverse, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working experience in a similar role.
• Experience with acquiring and card scheme compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with analytical mindset and high work ethic.
• Holder of a Business/IT/Finance degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and technical direction for acquiring and card scheme projects.
• Analysis of card scheme requirements and specifications.
• Track certified card scheme products and services.
• Participate in card scheme compliance article and bulleting review processes.
• Liaise closely with Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Support Teams across regions.
• Deliver and present clear documented solutions for use by other domains.
