Ecolab is seeking a remote Field Engineer for Poland to support Water and Energy Equipment installations and maintenance across the country. The role requires up to 80% travel to customer sites and close collaboration with Territory Managers and engineers.

You'll handle project coordination, on-site deployment, and knowledge transfer with external suppliers, while ensuring safety and reliability of ECOLAB equipment and systems.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and/or electrical background is required.
• Proven experience in project handling with internal and external resources.
• Strong customer service skills aligned to service targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluency in English and Polish (German nice to have).
• Driving license B category.

Responsabilités

• The geographical scope covers Poland.

• Follow safety topics communicated by Local Engineering Coordinator.
• Support maintenance strategies for Water and Energy Equipment and dosing equipment.
• Provide second level support for W&E issues and escalate when needed.
• Act as local engineering hotline.
• Plan time for enVision installations with Territory Managers and enVision Champions.
• Setup and install independent WPI with no external support.
• Support ECOLAB equipment improvements and reliability.
• Coordinate emergency visits (second level support).
• Be a key person for knowhow transfers during installation/startup with external suppliers.

What You Will Do

• The geographical scope of the role covers territory of Poland.
• The position is fully remote but requires approximately 80% availability for customer visits.
• Follow the safety topics communicated by Local Engineering Coordinator.
• Support the maintenance strategy for Water and Energy Equipment as well for dosing equipment.
• Second level support in case of W&E issues. If not solvable to take it one level up.
• Acting as a local engineering hotline.
• Time planning management for enVision installations with Territory Managers and enVision Champions.
• Independent WPI set up and installation (no external support provided).
• Support the Ecolab strategy by improving the ECOLAB equipment.
• Modifications to increase the reliability of our equipment.
• Emergency visit coordination (second level support).
• Key player for knowhow transfers to install and startup Ecolab TCD and W&E equipment installation by external suppliers within a project.

What You Will Need

• Mechanical and/or electrical educational background (high school diploma or equivalent).
• Proven experience in project handling (controlling internal and external resources).
• Strong customer service skills related to given service targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Fluency in English and Polish (German nice to have).
• Driving license B cat.
• Willingness to travel (up to 80% of working time)
