Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a Technical SEO & GEO Specialist to lead organic growth for its AI consumer technology products. This fully remote role focuses on technical SEO, ASO across iOS and Android, and GEO strategies to boost visibility and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the technical SEO strategy, including crawling, indexing, site performance, structured data, and internal linking.
• Identify and resolve technical issues affecting organic search visibility and website performance.
• Develop and execute ASO strategies across the Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Optimize app store metadata, keywords, descriptions, and localized listings to improve search rankings and conversion.
• Plan and execute app store listing experiments, including screenshots, preview videos, and custom product pages.
• Monitor app store performance, keyword rankings, organic installs, and conversion rates.
• Own GEO initiatives to improve brand visibility and recommendations across AI-powered platforms and search experiences.
• Analyze how AI assistants reference and recommend products, identifying opportunities to improve visibility and brand representation.
• Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-driven feature pages, comparison pages, and other organic acquisition assets.
• Define priorities, monitor performance, and continuously optimize the organic growth roadmap.

About The Opportunity

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing AI consumer technology company seeking a Technical SEO & GEO Specialist to strengthen its organic acquisition strategy across search engines, app stores, and AI-powered discovery platforms.

You’ll take ownership of technical SEO, App Store Optimization (ASO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), ensuring the company’s products are easily discoverable and recommended across traditional and emerging search channels.

Working closely with content, product, and marketing teams, you’ll identify opportunities, implement improvements, and develop strategies to increase organic visibility, traffic, and revenue.

This is a hands‑on role for someone with strong technical expertise, an analytical mindset, and proven experience driving organic growth through execution.

What You’ll Do

• Own and optimize the technical SEO strategy, including crawling, indexing, site performance, structured data, and internal linking.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in SEO for consumer-facing digital products, with measurable results in organic traffic and acquisition.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including website crawling, indexing, structured data, and performance optimization.
• Hands‑on experience implementing technical SEO improvements through CMS platforms or directly within codebases.
• Demonstrated experience with ASO across both Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Strong understanding of app store keyword research, metadata optimization, localization, and conversion rate optimization.
• Practical experience with GEO and improving brand visibility within AI-generated answers and recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, analytics platforms, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and ASO tools.
• Ability to develop strategy and independently implement optimization initiatives.
• Excellent written English.

• Experience growing organic acquisition for subscription-based mobile applications.
