Job summary

Pragmatike is recruiting a Product Designer for a fully remote, 3-month contract starting ASAP. You will design intuitive, engaging experiences across mobile and web, collaborating with PMs and engineers to deliver polished interfaces.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma. You’ll shape onboarding journeys, new features and contribute to design systems while staying current with industry trends.

About The Opportunity

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing AI consumer technology company seeking a Product Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and high-quality digital experiences across mobile and web platforms.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience of a product used by millions of people worldwide, working across customer journeys, new features, and interactive interfaces.

Working closely with product managers and engineers, you’ll own the design process from initial concepts and prototypes through to final implementation. This role is ideal for a hands‑on designer with strong visual instincts, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for building polished consumer products.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user experiences across mobile and web applications.
• Create and optimize customer journeys, including onboarding, daily interactions, and new product features.
• Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Own design initiatives end‑to‑end, from initial concepts through to final implementation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high‑quality product experiences.
• Use user feedback, research, and product data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the company's design system.
• Maintain consistency, usability, and visual quality across different product experiences.
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in consumer product design.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role.
• Proven experience designing mobile and web products in B2C environments, ideally at scale.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design, product thinking, and attention to detail.
• Experience creating polished, intuitive, and user‑friendly digital applications.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, prototyping, and design systems.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard design tools such as Figma.
• Ability to take ownership of design projects and deliver high‑quality work independently.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on AI‑powered products, conversational interfaces, or interactive applications.
• Background in UX research, including planning studies and integrating user insights into design decisions.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI‑assisted design workflows.
• Experience building or scaling a design system from scratch.
• Experience working on consumer applications with highly engaged user communities.
