Bostonair Group Limited is seeking an Technical Representative to join a major airline on a permanent basis in Kraków, Poland. The role is onsite with a full-time contract, focusing on overseeing base maintenance and fleet transition checks.

The ideal candidate holds an EASA B1/B2 license, has strong experience in base maintenance (preferably as a Supervisor or Check Leader), and is fluent in English. A permanent position with a reputable airline offers stability and benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee base maintenance, end of lease, and fleet transition checks on site at MROs.
• Manage work scopes, defects, and findings.
• Act as the communication hub between MOC, CAMO, MRO and third-party suppliers.
• Monitor performance and cost implications of maintenance activities.

Bostonair are currently recruiting for a Technical Representative to join a major airline customer on a permanent basis.

What You'll Do

• Be based on site at MROs, overseeing base maintenance, end of lease and fleet transition checks.
• Manage work scopes, defects and findings.
• Be the point of contact between MOC, CAMO, MRO and any 3rd party suppliers.
• Monitor performance of the MRO.
• Be commercially conscious of costs related to work scope and related man hours.

What You'll Need To Be

• A Licensed Aircraft Engineer (EASA B1 or B2).
• Excellent experience in base maintenance, preferably as a Supervisor or Check Leader.
• Fluent in English.
