Job summary

Ryanair Engineering – Delivered by WAMS Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services is seeking an organized administrator to support base maintenance documentation for Ryanair, Europe’s biggest airline. You will liaise with Planning, Engineering, Quality and Check Supervisors to print and distribute aircraft check packs and ensure all records are properly updated.

Ideal candidates will have strong English skills (B2), proficiency in MS Office, and excellent planning abilities.

Qualifications

• Spoken and written English at B2 level or higher.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with professional expertise.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Aircraft experience/knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Planning, Engineering, Quality and Check Supervisors on printing aircraft check packs.
• Print check packs and distribute to relevant zones of the aircraft.
• Collate all aircraft paperwork and ensure it is completed correctly.
• Follow up on incomplete / missing paperwork.
• Ensure paperwork is scanned, bookmarked, backed up and entered in aircraft records.
• Any other duties as directed by Supervisor/Manager.

Ryanair Engineering – Delivered by WAMS Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services is providing base maintenance of Boeing 737-800 aircraft for Ryanair, Europe biggest airline. Our highly trained and dedicated engineers are the driving force behind our industry leading safety record. Across out network, our skilled engineers conduct extensive checks on individual aircraft system, structures, and components to ensure that all our aircraft continue to operate with the utmost efficiency and take our customers to their destinations on time.

The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For

• liaise with Planning, Engineering, Quality and Check Supervisors on the printing of aircraft check packs
• print check packs and distribute to the relevant zones of the aircraft
• collate all aircraft paperwork once completed and ensure that it is completed correctly
• follow up on incomplete / missing paperwork
• ensure that all paperwork is scanned, bookmarked, backed up and entered in aircraft records
• any other duties / tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager.

Requirements
