Job summary

Bostonair Group seeks a Technical Representative to join a major airline client on a permanent basis. The role is based on site at MROs, overseeing base maintenance, end of lease and fleet transition checks, while coordinating with MOC, CAMO and external suppliers.

The ideal candidate holds an EASA B1 or B2 license and has strong base maintenance experience, preferably as a Supervisor or Check Leader, to ensure safe, compliant operations and efficient task execution on site.

Qualifications

• Licensed Aircraft Engineer (EASA B1 or B2).
• Excellent base maintenance experience; preferably as a Supervisor or Check Leader.

Responsibilities

• Be based on site at MROs, overseeing base maintenance, end of lease and fleet transition checks.
• Manage work scopes, defects and findings.
• Be the point of contact between MOC, CAMO, MRO and any 3rd party suppliers.
• Monitor performance of the MRO.
• Be commercially conscious of costs related to work scope and related man hours.
