Job description

Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a hands‑on Technical Project Manager with real experience in deploying and managing complex software and network systems in telco environments. You will be responsible for delivering our device management, service activation, and monitoring solutions directly into communication service providers’ infrastructure. On a daily basis, we cooperate with big names of the telco industry, such as: AT&T, Orange, T-Mobile, Vodafone – and you’ll have the opportunity to work on projects of comparable scope and technical challenge.

This role is not a purely managerial position – we expect you to actively participate in network configuration, system integration, troubleshooting, and technical discussions with both clients and engineering teams. If you know TCP/IP, Linux, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, virtualization, and APIs from practical experience and enjoy solving real‑world deployment challenges, this is the role for you.

In this role, you will

  • Develop project plans and timelines, and ensure that project goals and objectives are clearly defined and communicated.

  • Manage project resources to ensure that project tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes delegating tasks to engineering and site reliability teams as well as configuring the system by yourself and getting your hands “dirty” with other technical tasks, such as:

    • Act as a subject matter expert with ability to take part in internal/external technical discussions,

    • Interact with all involved parties of the project to identify technical implementation gaps,

  • Gather and explain customers’ technical expectations to engineering teams.

  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential problems.

  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients representatives and team members to keep them informed about project progress and any issues that may arise.

  • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to improve project delivery processes for clients.

  • Train customers’ technical teams on how to operate and maintain our systems effectively after deployment.

Requirements

We are looking for a technically strong Project Manager with proven experience in deploying and integrating complex systems – ideally in telecommunications or large-scale IT infrastructure.

You are someone who:

  • Has a broad and deep technical foundation – understands networks and protocols (TCP/IP stack at least at CCNA level) and is experienced with technologies such as HTTP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, Linux, servers, APIs, PKI, and virtualization,

  • Has practical experience configuring, integrating, or troubleshooting systems in production or lab environments (network or server side),

  • Has a proven track record of managing deployments of complex software systems, preferably for communication service providers (CSPs),

  • Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (telecommunication, ICT, or IT preferred),

  • Has experience leading or coordinating implementation teams, not only managing schedules,

  • Can effectively plan and execute both short- and long-term projects, translating technical goals into actionable milestones,

  • Is a strong communicator and collaborator, capable of bridging business and engineering perspectives,

  • Thrives on delivering results on time and takes an active role in executing and leading technical tasks as necessary,

  • Speaks fluent English (C1).

Nice to have
  • Experience delivering solutions in both on‑premises and SaaS environments,

  • Understanding of complex multi‑server architectures with load balancers,

  • Skills in REST API automation using external tools,

  • Knowledge of access technologies: xDSL, xPON, HFC, LTE and associated standards,

  • Experience with CLI and NMS management for OLTs from vendors such as Nokia, Huawei, or ZTE,

  • Experience with IT monitoring software, Linux or network administration, or similar technical skills.

What we offer
  • You’ll work on deployments that actually matter – systems managing millions of connected devices across the globe. Real networks, real scale, real engineering.

  • No endless approval chains. You’ll have the freedom to make both technical and organizational decisions and see their real‑world impact.

  • Expect complex integrations, multi‑vendor environments, and tricky customer setups – not “status update theater”.

  • You’ll collaborate with skilled engineers and TPMs who value clarity, responsibility, and a good sense of humor more than job titles.

  • Whether you want to take on larger delivery responsibilities or deepen your technical expertise, we’ll support your growth in the direction that fits you best.

  • Polish tech, built in‑house, deployed globally. Flat structure, fast decisions, and a genuinely friendly atmosphere.

  • Fully remote or hybrid work (3/5 from Kraków office), flexible working hours.

  • Perks and benefits:

    • Generous bonus system that recognizes delivering on your commitments,

    • Private medical care and Multisport card,

    • Onsite gym and chillout space,

    • Company’s own parking and bike room,

    • Kitchen full of snacks (including Good Lood ice cream),

    • Relaxed work atmosphere – no dress code, no open space.
