Job summary

emagine Kraków is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead software projects, with a focus on DevSecOps security and Agile practices. You will partner with software teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure risk and compliance controls are in place while delivering value.

The role demands hands-on Jira and Confluence usage, a proactive learning mindset, and the ability to work in a hybrid model with the Cracow office about 8 days per month.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with proven expertise in managing software projects, especially in the field of software security related to DevSecOps. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a thorough understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and possess hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence. A successful candidate will excel in stakeholder management, risk, and compliance management, and have substantial experience collaborating with software development teams.

Project start date: ASAP

Budget: 150-170 zł/h

Project Length: permanent position

Work model: hybrid (8 times per month work from office Cracow)
