Job summary

KK Group in Szczecin seeks a Technical Project Lead to own the design of control panels for wind turbine systems. You will lead electrical development from concept to release and work with mechanical and electrical engineers to deliver robust, compliant solutions.

You will act as the technical link between customer and production, drive project plans, and manage risks to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery in a highly specialized renewable energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading electrical development activities in industrial products/systems.
• Experience with NPD projects.
• Experience designing, verifying, and manufacturing control panels.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Experience as a technical project lead or strong ambition to grow into such a role.
• Proactive, communicative, structured and quality-focused mindset.
• Fluent in spoken and written Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design and design of control panels.
• Serve as the key technical link between customer and production.
• Lead a cross-functional engineering team to convert specs into prototypes.
• Drive engineering decisions based on customer needs and requirements.
• Ensure focus on quality, manufacturability, serviceability, and TCO.
• Own the technical project plan, delegate tasks, and ensure quality execution.
• Ensure deliverables align with project model and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate technical and project risks proactively.
• Review customer specifications for design compliance.
• Drive and contribute to D-FMEA activities.
• Coordinate activities across project team and organization.
• Support handover from prototype to production and align stakeholders.
