Job summary

Doehler Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to oversee food projects, coordinate inquiries from sales, select the right team, and monitor timelines, budgets and outcomes.

You will collaborate with Product Managers and the R&D department, document results, and provide technical advice on Doehler solutions. A 2-year food-industry background and English at B2 level are required; German is a plus. Immediate employment upon qualification.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the food industry.
• Higher education in food technology, human nutrition, food chemistry or biotechnology.
• Knowledge of food law related to main product categories.
• Strong analytical thinking and good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all food projects from inquiries to delivery.
• Verify customer needs and ensure accuracy of sales-entered data.
• Select the appropriate team and recommend product solutions.
• Monitor project status, timeframes and budgets.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and R&D on new solutions.
• Document project results and tastings.
