Job summary

Veeam is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead Application Security initiatives across security and engineering teams. You will structure programs, drive milestones, manage dependencies, and report outcomes to stakeholders.

You will coordinate cross-functional work, identify risks, and improve processes, leveraging AI to automate security workflows. Excellent English communication is required, with CISSP/CISM/GIAC a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management or similar.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives in a tech environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and organization.
• Knowledge of secure SDLC and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Drive Application Security programs across multiple teams.
• Translate priorities into plans, milestones, and ownership.
• Coordinate work and dependencies between teams and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and blockers and drive resolution.
• Establish program planning, tracking, metrics, and reporting.
• Improve processes across the Application Security program.
• Communicate status and outcomes to leadership.
• Leverage AI to improve security workflows.
