Job summary

Veeam is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead Application Security initiatives across security and engineering teams. You will structure programs, drive milestones, manage dependencies, and report outcomes to stakeholders.

You will coordinate cross-functional work, identify risks, and improve processes, leveraging AI to automate security workflows. Excellent English communication is required, with CISSP/CISM/GIAC a plus.

About the Role

Our Application Security program is growing, with more initiatives requiring coordination across security and engineering teams. We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to help structure, coordinate, and drive these initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Application Security programs and initiatives across multiple teams
• Translate priorities into clear plans, milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes
• Coordinate work and dependencies between Application Security, Engineering, and other stakeholders
• Identify risks and blockers and drive them toward resolution
• Establish and improve program planning, tracking, metrics, and reporting
• Help clarify responsibilities and improve processes across the Application Security program
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve and automate Application Security processes, including through the effective use of AI

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of professional experience, including experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar role
• Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives in a technology environment
• Strong program and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and bring structure to ambiguous problems
• Working knowledge of software engineering and key Application Security practices, including secure SDLC and vulnerability management
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, automation, or program execution
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Relevant security certifications such asCISSP, CISM, or GIAC certificationsare a plus
