AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Kraków to lead large-scale technology initiatives including product integration and an AWS-to-GCP cloud migration.

You will translate high-level goals into detailed workstreams, coordinate across distributed teams, and drive architecture, APIs, and dependencies to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in technical program management, strong cloud experience (AWS and GCP), and proven ownership of complex programs

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or similar leadership role.
• Experience leading complex tech programs with multiple engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of software architectures, APIs, databases, and delivery processes.
• Hands-on cloud migration experience, especially AWS-to-GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs across engineering teams.
• Drive product integration workflows, dependencies, testing, milestones, and delivery.
• Plan and coordinate AWS-to-GCP cloud migration, including validation, parallel runs, testing, and cutover readiness.
• Translate initiatives into detailed workstreams, milestones, and execution plans.
• Work with engineers to understand architecture, components, APIs, and cloud services to unblock issues.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and manage dependencies.
• Establish roadmap and backlog tracking, risk management, and issue escalation.
• Prepare weekly status reports and present progress to stakeholders.
• Refine roadmap and backlog as work progresses, across distributed teams.
• Maintain knowledge of AWS and GCP mappings; leverage AI tools to improve execution.
