AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead technology initiatives spanning product integration and an AWS-to-GCP cloud migration. You will translate high-level goals into workstreams and dependencies, working directly with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and technical blockers.

Strong cloud knowledge and coordination across distributed teams are essential. The role requires ownership, risk management, and executive reporting to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or similar leadership roles.
• Experience leading complex programs with multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical understanding of software systems, APIs, databases, and delivery processes.
• Hands-on cloud migration experience, AWS-to-GCP preferred.
• Ability to break down programs into detailed workstreams, milestones and dependencies.
• Experience coordinating testing, validation, parallel runs, data reconciliation, and production readiness.
• Proven stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program across engineering teams.
• Drive product integration workstreams, dependencies, testing, milestones, and delivery activities.
• Plan and coordinate AWS-to-GCP migration, including validation and cutover readiness.
• Translate initiatives into detailed workstreams, milestones, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with engineers to understand architecture, APIs, cloud services, and data dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Establish roadmaps and backlog tracking, risk management, and escalation processes.
• Prepare weekly status reports and present progress to executives.
• Refine roadmap and backlog as integration work progresses.
• Foster collaboration across distributed teams (e.g., India, North America).
• Maintain knowledge of AWS and GCP mappings; leverage AI tools to improve delivery.
