Content & Studio Engineering builds and operates the technology that powers Netflix’s content journey from pitch to post. Our team delivers robust infrastructure, media management, and workflow solutions for everything from evaluating pitches and managing deals to orchestrating petabytes of production media, scheduling releases, and supporting post-production processes. We enable data-informed decision-making for content executives, support global studio operations, and pioneer new workflows with Generative AI - all while ensuring seamless integration across Netflix and its subsidiaries.
