Job summary

Creatio, a global vendor of no-code CRM and AI-powered platforms, is seeking a Product Owner to lead no-code AI-driven development capabilities. You will shape requirements, collaborate with UX/UI, and drive product concepts from idea to deployment.

You will work with international teams, lead SCRUM ceremonies, perform market research, and help customers and partners tailor the system to their business needs. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Strong expertise in product concept development.
• Experience collaborating with technology partners.
• Experience with architecture and development teams.
• Advanced English in a global business environment.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and analytics.
• Able to balance strategic and detailed requirements.
• Experience with AI/no-code prototyping is a plus.

Who We're Looking For

Product Owner to join our No-Code Team. As a Product Owner, you will drive the development of AI-powered application creation capabilities, including no-code application builders and AI-driven software development experiences. You will work on products that enable users to create, customize, and deploy applications using AI agents, coding agents, and modern automation technologies, helping shape the future of AI-native application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and elaborate business requirements from customers, partners, external communities, and internal users.
• Organize, prioritize, and maintain requirements within the company’s information resources.
• Define and defend product concepts, including grouping and detailing business requirements, developing go-to-market strategies, creating mockups, collaborating on UX/UI design together with UI designers, preparing presentation materials, drafting user stories, and coordinating with technical writers to document functionality across both internal and public-facing company resources.
• Conduct market research, including competitor analysis, evaluation of potential integration solutions, and review of reports from leading analytical agencies such as Gartner and Forrester.
• Lead SCRUM ceremonies with development teams, including Kick-off presentations, Refinement, Planning, Review, and Retrospective sessions.
• Collaborate closely with the Scrum Master and Development Team to achieve product goals and meet customer expectations.
• Provide consultations for internal teams, customers, and partners on customizing the system to address business needs.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for employees and clients regarding new product releases and functionality updates.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Strong expertise in product concept development.
• Proven experience collaborating and integrating with technology partners to deliver joint products and solutions.
• Experience working with development teams on application architecture and contributing to informed architectural decisions.
• Advanced communication skills in English (B2+ or higher), both verbal and written, with experience working in an international business environment.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate IT solutions markets and understand user needs and expectations.
• Practical experience and willingness to operate at both strategic and detailed requirement levels.
• Strong understanding of technologies and methodologies used to build highly available and high-performance web applications.
• Hands-on experience independently using AI coding agents to build prototypes, MVPs, or production-ready applications.
• Strong understanding of modern AI agent architectures, agentic workflows, and the MCP (Model Context Protocol) ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing solutions using AI-native application platforms and rapid prototyping tools.
• Experience designing and implementing business processes, automations, and integrations across CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and related product, operational, or customer experience workflows.
• Proven ability to leverage modern AI and no-code tools to rapidly validate ideas, build prototypes, and deliver measurable business value.
