Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to develop an enterprise-scale web platform for online lotteries. This hybrid Krakow-based role requires on-site work three days a week, with collaboration across Security, Payments, Compliance, and other teams.

You will own features end-to-end, write PRDs, and define integration APIs for third parties, while driving product strategy in an international gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 3+ years as Product Owner or System Analyst.
• Experience writing detailed PRDs and build documents.
• Experience delivering features and client SDKs for iOS and Android.
• Experience in agile environments from online or software companies.
• B2B customer-facing experience; iGaming experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• System analysis of cross‑platform products (backend, CRM, security, payments).

We are looking for experienced Technical Product Owner to develop an enterprise-scale web-based platform for online lotteries. This is a hybrid position based in Krakow with on-site work required three times a week.

What You’ll Do

• System analysis of Aristocrat Interactive cross-platform products: Backend application, Bonus and Promotion mechanisms, CRM tools, Security modules, Payments system, etc.
• Writing features, stories, and requirements documents (PRDs) based on customer needs and product strategy.
• Performing analysis and specification for integration with 3rd party systems, including definitions of APIs.
• Working inbound within a technical agile team, and with multiple departments at Aristocrat Interactive (Security, Payments, Compliance, etc.)
• Ownership across the lifecycle of features from concept through launch, and post-launch analysis & optimization phases.
• Researching and analyzing strategic and competitive information to constantly optimize the products and their performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Proven 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/System Analyst
• Experience in writing detailed functional requirements or detailed build documents
• Experience delivering features and client SDK for iOS and Android Mobile Applications
• Experience in agile methodology from online or software companies
• Previous B2B customer-facing experience. Experience in the iGaming industry – big advantage
• Excellent written and verbal English level
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with stakeholders of all levels of seniority
• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives
• Strong great teammate, excellent interpersonal and service skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized, multi-tasking
