Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive in Krakow is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to develop an enterprise-scale web-based platform for online lotteries. This hybrid role requires on-site work three days per week.

You will analyze cross‑platform products, write PRDs and user stories, own features from concept to launch, and collaborate with Security, Payments, Compliance and other teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 3+ years as Product Owner/System Analyst.
• Experience writing detailed functional requirements or build documents.
• Experience delivering client SDKs for iOS and Android.
• Experience in agile environments from online or software companies.
• Experience in B2B with potential iGaming industry advantage.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• System analysis of cross‑platform products: backend, bonus/promo, CRM, security, payments.

We are looking for experienced Technical Product Owner to develop an enterprise-scale web-based platform for online lotteries. This is a hybrid position based in Krakow with on-site work required three times a week.

What You’ll Do

• System analysis of Aristocrat Interactive cross-platform products: Backend application, Bonus and Promotion mechanisms, CRM tools, Security modules, Payments system, etc.
• Writing features, stories, and requirements documents (PRDs) based on customer needs and product strategy.
• Performing analysis and specification for integration with 3rd party systems, including definitions of APIs.
• Working inbound within a technical agile team, and with multiple departments at Aristocrat Interactive (Security, Payments, Compliance, etc.)
• Ownership across the lifecycle of features from concept through launch, and post-launch analysis & optimization phases.
• Researching and analyzing strategic and competitive information to constantly optimize the products and their performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Proven 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/System Analyst
• Experience in writing detailed functional requirements or detailed build documents
• Experience delivering features and client SDK for iOS and Android Mobile Applications
• Experience in agile methodology from online or software companies
• Previous B2B customer-facing experience. Experience in the iGaming industry – big advantage
• Excellent written and verbal English level
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with stakeholders of all levels of seniority
• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives
• Strong great teammate, excellent interpersonal and service skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized, multi-tasking
