Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• Strong technical understanding to work with engineering teams.
• Experience with mobile products, web platforms, APIs, or SDKs.
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value.
• Experience with agile development and cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven decision making with strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent Polish and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product initiatives from concept to execution, closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Partner with engineering to design scalable solutions and evaluate technical trade-offs.
• Manage and evolve the product roadmap balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy.
• Drive development of mobile experiences, web platforms, SDKs, and AI-powered capabilities.
• Collaborate on content experiences, personalization, advertising tech, and commerce features.
• Work with cross-functional teams to launch, test, measure, and improve features.
• Define success metrics and use data to guide decisions.
• Lead experimentation and A/B testing and validate new ideas.
• Communicate vision and priorities across technical and business stakeholders.
