Job summary

Cosmose AI is seeking aJunior Brand Designer to shape how the company is presented to the world, from executive partner presentations to digital experiences and brand assets. You will transform complex ideas into compelling visual stories that communicate the future of mobile content.

You’ll contribute to establishing a unique brand identity, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams, and helping Cosmose AI grow its presence across markets as part of a rapid-startup

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Brand Design, Visual Design, Presentation Design, or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, visual storytelling, and ability to turn complex information into clear narratives.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Keynote, Google Slides, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of visual design principles including typography, composition, layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Ability to create designs that are visually appealing and support clear communication and business objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and high standard for visual quality.

As a Junior Brand Designer, you will help shape how Cosmose AI is presented to the world - from executive presentations for strategic partners, including global smartphone manufacturers, to digital experiences and brand assets. You’ll transform complex ideas into compelling visual stories that help communicate the future of mobile content.

You’ll help turn our technology and vision into stories that inspire partners, customers, and users around the world.

What You’ll Do

• Create impactful design deliverables and own the end-to-end creative process of KaiKai
• Establish and manage the unique brand identity, standards, and style through perfect design execution
• Support the brand and creative development process as the brand continues to grow and evolve
• Work collaboratively across different teams with different skill sets, including Marketing and Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders.
• Raise our brand by producing amazing work and executing best practices
• Design high-impact presentations for strategic partners, including some of the world's leading smartphone manufacturers, translating complex business ideas into compelling visual stories.

What You’ll Need

• 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Brand Design, Visual Design, Presentation Design, or a related field. Strong portfolios from talented graduates are also welcome.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong presentation design skills, visual storytelling, and the ability to turn complex information into clear and engaging narratives.
• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Keynote, Google Slides, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of visual design principles, including typography, composition, layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Ability to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also support clear communication and business objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for visual quality.
• Ability to collaborate with non-design stakeholders, understand their needs, and translate ideas into impactful visual solutions.
• Curiosity and passion for learning, experimenting with new design approaches, and exploring AI-powered creative tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.

Nice to have

• Experience designing presentations for business, sales, or executive audiences.
• Experience working with technology, product, or startup brands.
• Experience designing digital experiences, websites, or marketing campaigns.
