Job summary

Cosmose, Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Manager to shape the AI-powered mobile platform KaiKai Lock Screen used globally. Lead product initiatives, translate technical concepts into business value, and collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to drive personalized content experiences.

The role emphasizes ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and shaping product strategy for scalable AI-driven features across mobile, web, and advertising capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• Strong technical understanding to work with engineering teams.
• Experience with mobile products, web platforms, APIs, or SDKs.
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value.
• Experience with agile development and cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven decision making with strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent Polish and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product initiatives from concept to execution, closely with engineering, design, and business teams.

• Work with cross-functional teams to launch, test, measure, and improve features.
• Define success metrics and use data to guide decisions.
• Lead experimentation and A/B testing and validate new ideas.
• Communicate vision and priorities across technical and business stakeholders.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to help shape the future of our AI-powered mobile platform used by millions of users globally.

Our product, KaiKai Lock Screen, delivers personalized content experiences directly to users’ devices through partnerships with leading smartphone manufacturers. As we continue to scale globally, we are expanding our capabilities across mobile experiences, AI-driven personalization, content, advertising, and e-commerce.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a technical background who wants to move closer to product ownership and have a direct impact on a global consumer technology platform.

What you'll do

• Own and drive product initiatives from concept to execution, working closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements, technical solutions, and actionable priorities.
• Partner with engineering teams to design scalable solutions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and ensure successful delivery.
• Manage and evolve the product roadmap, balancing short-term execution with long-term product strategy.
• Drive development of mobile experiences, web platforms, SDKs, and AI-powered product capabilities.
• Collaborate on new product areas, including content experiences, personalization, advertising technologies, programmatic solutions, and commerce features.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to launch, test, measure, and continuously improve product features.
• Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and use data to guide decisions.
• Lead experimentation and iteration processes, including A/B testing and validation of new product ideas.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and priorities across technical and business stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, software engineering, or a related technical role.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience building or working closely with mobile products, web platforms, APIs, SDKs, or enterprise solutions.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business value and user experiences.
• Experience working with agile development processes and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Ownership mindset—you enjoy solving problems, taking initiative, and driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity and passion for technology, AI, and building products that impact millions of users.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a software engineer or technical role before moving into product.
• Experience with mobile ecosystems, mobile applications, or smartphone manufacturers.
• Experience with AI-powered products, recommendation systems, personalization, or content platforms.
• Experience with advertising technology, programmatic advertising, ecommerce, or monetization products.
• Experience working in a global startup or high-growth technology environment.
