Qualifications

• Solid understanding of building, administering, and operating professional display and signage solutions.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) deploying enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of AI/ML and computer vision in B2B contexts.
• Proficient with Windows; Linux is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written).

Role and Responsibilities

• Evangelize AI and Cloud Solutions: Act as the technical expert on our AI and cloud-based digital signage ecosystem. Design and present scalable, secure, and robust cloud architectures to clients, demonstrating how our solutions drive business value.
• Bridge Technical and Business Needs: Seamlessly translate complex technical specifications—from AI-driven audience analytics to cloud-native CMS platforms—into compelling client presentations and business outcomes.
• Deliver Impactful Demonstrations: Showcase the power of our solutions, including AI-powered content personalization, remote device management via the cloud, and the integration capabilities of our SaaS platforms.
• Global Collaboration: Serve as the voice of Samsung in English and Polish, delivering presentations to multinational audiences and collaborating effectively with our global R&D and product teams.
• Travel and Engage: This role involves approximately 50% business travel (with trips up to a week), allowing you to meet diverse clients and champion our technology in new markets.

Skills and Qualifications

• You hold a technical university degree or possess equivalent professional experience with a deep passion for IT. You have a solid understanding of building, administering, and operating professional display and signage solutions.
• You have a strong command of SaaS principles and proven experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), particularly in deploying and managing enterprise-grade applications.
• You understand how AI, machine learning, and computer vision can be applied in a B2B context, such as for audience measurement, dynamic content triggering, and generating engagement analytics.
• You are highly proficient in configuring and using Windows operating systems (Linux experience is a plus).
• You have excellent communication skills, feel confident speaking to large audiences, and can articulate the benefits of complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You are perfectly fluent in both English and Polish (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with AI-powered digital signage solutions.
• Familiarity with modern Content Management Systems (CMS) and their API integrations.
• In-depth knowledge of Hotel TV, LED, and LFD display technologies.
• Awareness of emerging B2B Digital Signage trends and the competitive landscape.
